In 2015, ALBERT FREY took over its long-standing partner BOOS from then founder and owner Franz Boos. Mr Boos founded the company with a focus on cleaning system construction in 1986 and established his own premises in Flörsheim-Dalsheim near Worms in 1996. Today, the company premises comprise modern offices and approx. 1,000 m² of manufacturing space for the production of cleaning systems, transport and handling systems and pump service.
Container cleaning
Our experts in the field of container cleaning are based in Flörsheim-Dalsheim at our subsidiary Boos Reinigungsanlagenbau GmbH. Here, we design and build our external keg cleaning systems and crate cleaning systems. Boos systems are modular in design and offer customer-specific additional equipment such as multi-stage filter systems, label and inkjet removal, dirt removal and system interior cleaning. In addition to the beverage and food industry, Boos also supplies various other industrial sectors, such as logistics, automotive, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
Conveyor technology
Our conveyor technology, as well as the container cleaning, is covered by our subsidiary Boos Reinigungsanlagenbau GmbH. Our driven roller conveyors have been specially developed for the beverage sector, with stringent requirements in terms of hygiene, robust construction and reliable technology. We focus on coordinating the individual transport segments through innovative designs and integrating the drives into our overall control system. Our portfolio includes both pack and pallet conveyors, centring frames, stackers, turntables and corner transfer units. We also offer the corresponding robot handling technology through our robotics department.
CIP & media containers
At our subsidiary Boos Reinigungsanlagenbau GmbH, we build media containers up to 10 hl with customised instrumentation. On request, our tanks are offered with the corresponding pump technology, a steam or hot water heating system and appropriately insulated. We’re also happy to provide CIP heads including valve technology. The portfolio of special CIP systems at Boos ranges from high tank cleaning and barrique barrel cleaning to germ box and pasteuriser cleaning.
