ALBERT FREY is known for fast and competent service. Our service team is specially trained and will carry out repairs or maintenance on your premises or in our workshop.

Our in-house pump test bench lets us run and check the characteristic curves of pumps. A change in performance, for example by turning the impeller, can also be documented and proven.

As an authorised GRUNDFOS SERVICE PARTNER (ASP), we have the necessary Grundfos special tools at our disposal. In this capacity, we can also carry out warranty tests for Grundfos products.

After the service has been performed, a functional test is carried out. This way, you can be sure that your pump is leak-proof and performing as it should.

Our “hygiene technicians” are specially trained for the pharmaceutical sector. We also have the necessary infrastructure: When it comes to repairs in our company, we have a separate assembly area for sterile pumps, whose tools are strictly separated from the other assembly stations. However, your pump doesn’t always have to come to our company. ALBERT FREY’s service staff also carry out maintenance and repair work on site – with all the required expertise when it comes to plants for the production of pharmaceutical products. We also work on site with specific tools.
